Well if you want it cheap, a genuine one off a KE30 at the wrecker would have to be the cheapest! I think the KE55 one is a little different up at the speedo end. I think it works but just does not clip in the same from memory.
At the gearbox end, most speedo cables will be the same. Except KE55 Auto will not be the same (holden gearbox).
I would take a guess and expect the RA23 celica cable to be exactly the same. The same goes for most Toyotas of the era that were not loaded with australian parts. The KE20 one will not fit as it is different at the speedo end.
