I think the consensus is (and my experience) that rebuild kits are not available in Australia, at least non genuine. You can take your MC into a good brake and clutch place and they should be able to make a kit up for you. Or you can buy a rebuild kit on US ebay or even a whole master cylinder though there are some differences. Or (don't flame me here) go into Toyota. Maybe truenosedan has some?
