yeah, they are, well , at least its the same photo as the ebay specials.
i bought one and i have too say they are supprisingly good.
only critisisim is that i had to get the faces machined flat as they were warped.
and dont forget to make a brace to support the weight of the turbo or it will crack.

The manifold is for a 20v atm but as he said redrilling holes can turn it into a 16v manifold.
