Get a can of black VHT vinal dye. That will turn your interior black. ADM interia is sort of GTV spec if painted black/grey. But if you want GT Apex spec, then yes you will have to buy seats and door cards from a JDM car.

nah man get get the good stuff vht vinyl dye, worked for me, sprayed my dash about 1 yr ago still looks like i did it yesterday, didnt even prep it right eitherjust gave it a dusting
VHT is the shit it fully stains into surface and its like re coloring the plastic its not like paint that chips
does take a bit to get off your hands tho

its truly awesome stuff, i was skeptical at first
i used vinal paint on a a few parts in my old car, you have to apply a fair few coats to get a decent result. lots and lots of light coats. if you try and make it go black the first coat you will get stacks of runs.
im gonna attack my car with it when i can afford 14$/can
