yes can sell without tyres. same price with out tyres. tyres are no good to me plus i have to travel 40mins each way to tyre shop to get them removed.
max size wise will be about 15x 8" squared i guess. wont be able to get weight to really. because i wont be able to get the tyres off to weigh them really.
