no it had a boss kit. and you'd be hard pressed to tell it wasnt new. lol.
however. it does look like a v.nice wheel.
anyways back on topic. if i could find my camera and it wasnt dark id post up my interior. lol.
Im saying if u got 1 brand new
it would cost like 380 then 50 for a boss kit
