What they are saying is pretty true man, Probably better to take pics and shit to someoen who can do custom extractors to suit your head, Those would be the most finely tuned extractors to suit the most finely tuned head so they work well together.

Not being negative here, just abit of personal experience, my friend had a 20v with nice long extractors on it and I must say that it had a dramatic effect, problrm was it wasn't the effect he was after because they weren't designed for the engine. The main noticable difference was that it was a dog at idle from then on. So just be careful that the ones you get are right for your head oce its finished! =)

for those of you who are saying "you dont have the head for it" he knows he doesnt have a good enough head for it at the moment but if you read the first post he says he wants to build one, so when he does build it he can measure all his ports and get the extractors tuned for his exact application, so will people stop worying about weather he needs them or knows what he is doing and just give him some places that may be able to help him

Brendan have the head built then custom made extractors to suit, they have to compliment each other.

definately build the extractors around the head not the other way around.
