That sucks man, I know how it feels when your car's just sitting there providing no fun. Mine did it for nearly 6 months when I blew the old engine.

Yeh the suspension's pretty good now, im still getting use to it, but I should learn alot more at Winton in a few weeks.

Little update bought a fire extuigisher and some bonnet pins today. (In preperation for a track day in a few weeks).

Im to scared to put the bonnet pins in myself in fear of splintering the carbon fibre. There not the normal type that needs a small hole, they need a shape cut out thats about 1.5" x 1" and then they sit flush.

If anyone has any tips on this let me know or im taking it somewhere to get done.

Oh, and my supercharger belt tensioner fell off on the freeway, after I went and watched the drifting at Calder the other day. I ran over it! Luckily I found it on the side of the freeway, so I put it back in my car, and cable tied the supercharger belt out of the way to get home! Cable ties really do fix everything!

So I need to find some nuts to reattach the tensioner pully, Good times good times!

    Update time!

Cars of the road for the week, so im getting a few things done finally!

Diff's out which can only mean one thing in my case! No I havent broken an axle, the LSD in finally going in. Its only being sitting here for the best part of 12 months!

Enough light to keep the neighbours awake, or grow a garden

Heres the first pics of my bonnet ive put up, this is the holes we had to cut for the bonnet pins

And this is the bonnet pins in place (The white stuff is just dust from cutting!)

Picking up the diff on friday, so that should mean im in for a fun weekend! Knowing me il probably break or dent something!

Also boost leak is fixed as best as possible with the piping setup the way it is. One of the elbows was leaking at the join as well as having a slit in it!

haha, this is the sort of thing I see myself doing! Lucky my rims seem to enjoy being punished.

The cars all back together, replaced temp sensors becuase apparently I was driving around at 180degC. New (and better!) brake fluid is in, new tie rod is in so I can actually get a wheel alignment now.

Lowered the front about 2 cm as well, in the search for even more turn in grip!

Most importantly the diff is in!

Didnt even get a chance to break anything though. Seems like the installer did it for me.

Diff was making a strange noise. But I ran it in, thinking it may be the clutches wearing in. But it hasn't gone away after dropping and changing the oil.

Il take it for a quick drive today and hope that its magically fixed itself!

Big thanks to Dave and Biff for helping me all day.

how do they recomend running your diff in? i read somewhere they reckon you should do figure of 8's with no traction loss for a couple of km's
