Whats this dash light mean (!)

Hey guys i have on my 4agze this dash light coming on (!)
Its goes away after while i start driving, could it be since battery is low ?

could be that their touching the metal ?
I swear you can always hear them squeel when your driving since adjusted so much. so handbrake would actualy work.
since i it wasnt gripping before and cable is just really stretch now and had to tighten it so more.

or will it do it on the front pads ?

Show us a picture of the actual light. The brake warning light should also come on when your brake fluid is low. Try topping that up.

Right in front of the e-brake there is the little metal plug-in that has the wire connected to the brake light in the dash. when the e-brake is engaged the the wire is grounded, activating the light. make sure that the wire isn't grounded somewhere.
