Hey guys, need some part numbers for the seals for the injectors on a JDM bigport 4age. The local engines seem to have different parts according to toyota and we cant track down the right ones even when i supplied the actual injector part number.
Any help appreciated.

Well my info is for europe, usa, australia:
90301-07001 O-ring
90480-13005 gromet
23291-41010 insulator
These three rubber bits are for the injectors in a AE86 4A-GE. They are the same parts for AE82, AE92, AE101. In fact they are the same seals used for most Toyotas of that era. Everything you can think of, 4A-FE, 7A-FE, 1UZ, 7M, 3S etc. Everything.
But this number:
23291-41010 is the insulator for 4A-GE only in AE92 from 8908 to 9211. (August '89 to Nov '92).
Whats your injector number? You need a new parts man.
Thanks guys, theyre the numbers i got from toyota aswell.
I got the insulators but they are different to those on my injectors, the new ones are a plain square cross section but min have lips on them. the new ones also seem to be a loose fit although they might be designed like that. My injectors part number is 23250 16010, should i just use the slightly different, new insulators?

I confirm your injectors are from early AE86 or AA63. And those seal numbers I gave you are still correct.
So the parts are right. If it does not work you have a problem with fuel rail spacer, or damaged head or something.
Yeah im experiencing the same thing. The old seals on the bottom of the injector have very small lips on them however the new (not from toyota) are just simply round and flat with no lips. I dont think it will make much difference though. It should squash down enough.
Note: I havent tried this in the head yet as i only picked them up today.
