well is something like 280rwhp achievable with stock internals, this would oviously be plenty to get the tyres smoking around a track ye and when the engine did blow i would rebuild it with something that can handle the power
That will end up with about 120rwkw/150rwhp on a DD dyno.
The answer to your other question depends on how much power you want to end up with.

buy a nissan other wise start looking under the couch for spare cash for a rebuild or new engine and drivetrain!!!
12psi max out of supercharger unless u go fork out a few grand for a good one
turbo is ure best bet for the power ure after but it will be quite laggy make sure u do plentey of searching for your turbo setup......
bigger injectors (7mgte ones) $$$$??????
after market comp ($1500)
better gear box w** ($600)
bell to suit ($500)
custom tailshalft (?????)
hilux Diff or t series (1000) AND UP.
u would spend over 10k easy to get the power ure after and thats if u can do all the work ureself!!
GoodLuck!!
i wasnt neccacalry after those sort of numbers but was just seeing what is possible as im not sure how a sprinter would go being so much lighter then my sil if it had similar power figures i imagine it would be alot quicker so more realisticly i would be looking at somthing around the 230rwhp mark
my smallport n/a was a fwd motor ad ive got that into my car with the things daves pointed out,,,sept you frogot to say loom dave, no loom ,no go lol
I am of the thinking that 230 would be close to the upper limit of a stock gte but depends on which motor and who tunes it here in WA.
I would aim for 200rwhp.
if your chasing that larger power, you could be naughty and stick a SR20/CA18 in your sprinter, prolly work out cheaper than all that 4agze stuff that TUF 086 mentioned. but some people dont like nissan engines in Toyotas![]()

well i already have parts for a nissan engine and have been playing wiht the one in my sil for 3 years so have some experence with them, but does this make the sprinter more front heavy, does the cost of custom talishafts and difs out way the just doint the gze conversion as i think putting the ol sr in there would certailny cost alot more
no one has any more links or help to doing the actual conversion?? i know there is people out there withe engine and i want to know how much power you have
i used the guide Mattysshop wrote up. Its was quite helpful.
its there ^^^^
there is another link in there to another aswell, that will give you a general idea of whats going on. there is just a bit of small fidley bits here and there to do to convert it from FWD to RWD. Not to hard though.
as far as power goes, i dont know how much mine will have atw because its not finished yet, but when it was in fixeruperer's corolla it had 162hp @ front wheels.
Thats with from what i can see
175mm pulley kit
microtech ltx8
FMIC
and yeah some internal stuff i was told but i am unsure..... i'll have to confirm with fixeruperer
