Just curious as to wether anybody has fender mirrors on their 86. It occured to me I've never seen this, maybe because they were never sold with fender mirrors, but don't fender mirrors make any old-school japanese car look cool, maybe not.
So, got pics of Hachi's with fender mirrors?

I, however, do consider the Sprinter an old-school Japanese car. 80's is old-school. Not quite a "classic" yet, although it should be. Lot's of iconic 80's European cars have classic status.

i think they may have actually been available stock.
i have a book and it shows old school catologues for sprinters and levins in japan.
and in one section it shows pages from the sprinter trueno 'XL Lisse' which is auto. and a two door coupe. i'd assume this would make it a 1.6litre also.
but it shows three different mirror types. two of them are door mirros and the final mirror type are fender mirrors :-S
eitherway though it'd look wack. like lawson said, "if the car was available with chrome bumpers etc then its ok".
