well mine is stock jdm ae86 seat, would love to have that bride seat, $o expensive, well i'm a bit short here, 5' 6'' think about it, the recaros on the proton satria Gti look yummy too

I have a Velo fixed back for my hachi, but am yet to use it. It fukn comfy tho sitting in it on the ground for watching da telly.

I have a pair of MA61 seats in my KE that I used to have in my hachi. Sick seats, kinda similar to JDM ae86 seats, but are tighter imo. Work great with a harness also.

standard JDM 86 seats, adjustable bolster is so handy and they sit super low in comparison to aus stocker seats, mint for harnesses aswell, if i was going to buy a fixed back id probably get a
VELO GP-90 cos they come in 4 different sizes, Sparco Carlos Sainz Seat retails for 3K
or one of those cool bride recliners in leather

Anyone know if these are any good? Cheap yes... but decent?

Also what sort of rail mods would be needed for these?
Anyone on the forum able to help me install them weld/mod the rails to fit ? (will pay for time spent)ß

USDM seat is pretty comfortable the lumbar support the wings and the lumbar looks like a balloon you pump up! with the oem seat i seem to have trouble drifting to the right because my body shifts alot! so i think it may be time for a bucket! oh and have you guys tried ?

If I buy a set of seats with generic rails, how much is it usually to mod them to fit AE86?
Does it need to be done and approve by engineer and all?
Where can I get it done around Sydney North?

And how easy is it to get sitting height and distance right? I would have liked my stock ADM seats to be further back a little and slightly lower

slight update:

got my seat mopunted, sparco sprint (junior as it turns out, if this means there is a senior i'm fukken spweing)

fit is perfetc, height is good, only problem is the hips are a snug fit (no biggie) but the shoulder wings are pretty annoying as they are too narrow, i'm going to try to bend them out, but my advice is try a seat before yo ubuy, if it seems uncomfortable its only going to get worse in the car. :rant:
