When I was driving my sprinter..headlight is one of the issue that bothering me

You here different things about how legality is tested with lights. Best to call the relevant authority for NSW.
As a rule of thumb, it has to produce a white light. E.g if it blue, its illegal.
If you do a google search on light colours, 6500k is blue.
With the varying quality of the HID kits, an advertised 6500k might produce a white/blue light.
I'd say most 6500k HID kits will produce some sort of blue light, and hence be illegal.
However it I beleave it is illegal to put HID's in your sprinter as they need automatic height adjusters.
As with all legal matters, ask the relevant authority for the facts.
