Thats pretty harsh mate, but im not gonna find help anywhere else. (sorry im a newbie, gota learn some how)

This is more to satisfy my curiosity... but I still dont get why putting 195s on on say 15x6 and 15x7 makes a diff? In the end isnt it the tyre width that affects overall width (and the look)?

So 195s are a good match for 15x7?

    I agree...this thread is ghey.

I have driven an AE86 with factory power steering, and it honestly isn't a great deal lighter than no power steering.

Things that can make steering harder:

Lots of track (to a certain degree, it isn't a linear relationship)
    Lots of castor
    Small steering wheel
    heavier brakes
    heavier wheels
tyres too wide for rim (eg. 205 on a 6" rim)
    underinflated tyres
    0 camber
    Lots of toe in

I suggest building up your arm muscles, or attempt your slower speed manoevers at higher speeds!

What about spacers.. Someone said that for 15x7s to be on your car you require spacers and to pump your guards.. Is that right?

    Nice input dickhead.
Fuck I can't stand people who just post shit and have nothing constructive to say.

Since when did AE86DC becomes so full of know it all experts where newbies cant ask a question

If you think its laughable that my wife an i cant afford 2 cars and have to share (and that she cant stand heavy steering) then please come talk to me about it.

Theres no need to flame noobs who genuinely want to learn.

Dave - Thanks for your input. Appreciate it mate.

So what would be the minimum offset before spacers are required? Ive tried searching the info out on the site, but Its not as easy as it looks..
I know these are noobish Questions to be Asking.. But If I dont ask Ill never know..
