Justin: heheheh well I just got kinda frustrated that there is no such thing as long series stones or flapper wheels. Also thought you might find it interesting I am looking to mak emy own flowbench now.

son57A: theres heaps more people deserving of that title than myself, I have read a fair bit and played around with various things but theres some reclusive guys on here who have been building engines for quite a while now unlike myself.

thanks man, you might think twice about watching me though, sitting down for literally hours at a time while I am grinding away isnt that exciting. Anyway as much as I would like to go nuts on the weekend converting my exhuasts in D ports I will wait till I see an engine builder, in the meantime I should do those other two intakes

something I should of posted a while ago....

this is how I cleaned up some wheels I bought a while back from a wrecker, they are German made BBS wheels and are quite light. They were covered in dirt and grime and also were painted in a silver which I didnt like much.

    How I bought them (x4)

Cleaned up with a water blaster

    Paint stripper at work

Most of the paint taken off, cleaned up

The center painted black ready for polishing

After the profesional polishing of the lip, ready for tyre fitment.

Right now I am suing these on the rear of my car but I dont have a good photo.
