ke70.com, a dude there was complaining that he couldn't get 195/60 on ma61 supra rims.....he put 205/60's on them....on a ke.....Hence the reason i don't go there and don't like that forum....no idea about old school jap cars and culture.

Dude, the AE86 is a shitbox corolla in ADM form.

Wonder what the E7 haters would be saying if they came with a 4age from Japan.

As far as im concerned, all ke70's, ae71's and ADM ae86's are shitbox corollas.

But somehow this dissapears when a 4age is installed........

In no way is one (ADM) better than the other.

Sure (looks aside) they may be identical, but ke70's are farkin everywhere, there is nothing special about them, ae86's on the other hand are different, ya have to be devoted to atleast have one (well most of the time) cause ya pay out the ass for em in stock form.
When theres shit all ke's around (in 20 years time) and they are becoming rare then maybe they deserve the same status as the 86, untill then there is nothing special about them really.

i dont know what the fascination is with the 4age motor either...its ok but it aint the BEST.... unless you're after an easy fit... there are better options out there... just gotta think outside the box. personally, i reckon it is a gutless POS (flame away, haha).

also, 86's and e7x's are all rusty shitboxes anyway. most here probably have more rust than steel left.

i could go buy an 86 far easier than i could a ke70.

i know ke70's have lighter more rigid chassis than 86, so i dont care if you guys diss ke70 and love adm 86's, im not the one missing out!

i dont understand why any one would have ago at anyone else's car, if everyone had a ae86 with a 16v then this forum wouldnt be as popular as it is today, i know i sure as hell wouldnt be here, its the variety and new ideas that keep it fresh and interesteing!

I'm closing this thread..... it is really pointless as its turned away from an NA vs Turbo argument to an AE86 vs KE70/AE71..... this will become irrelevant in the next few months as DC transforms...
