cut out all the sections you need and have them welded in place.
it's going to cost you.....lots.....to have it done properly

My big bro got quoted $1g for the pillars and the gouge.. They dont wanna know about the flare.. Will it be cheaper easier to find a shell?
As said above, it will be expensive to fix all of that properly.
If you can't find a shell to steal parts off, you're going to have to cut out all of the rust in the body, and then weld up new plates of metal to it.
No. The places you have rust are very common in AE86's. So they too will have some degree of rust in them places too.
yeah thats the part thats going to cost me $1,000 from Body Works.. And even then I still got to fix my left rear flare cause they dont wanna work on it
once you find the shell you still have to cut the parts and have them welded in. it's still going to cost.....shells still arent cheap, unless they are bent.
I wouldnt want to cut up a good complete shell anyways, only one thats bent or way beyond repair
So I take the $1,000 option and still any ideas for my flare?
get quotes from other places that will inlcude the rear guard.
are you getting the car sprayed at the same time. would be the best opportunity to get it resprayed
Also, don't want to burst ya bubble (as you're new to AE86's) but these cars aren't cheap.
There's no way around this problem that you wont have to spend some amount of decent cash on.
If you want it done right, be prepared to pay for the job.
If not, do the work with your bro. A quick option is to hack away all of the rust, and then get out some fibreglass and patch up the holes, and re-fabricate the wheel guard. It wont last as long as the metal professional finish, but you can then make it look presentable (dependant on skill). But then, the problem of it rusting back again could still occur from moisture getting in between the FRP.

Im working on getting flares and a ducktail put on before the paint job, most prob white or silver on black panda.. I have my little brothers friend from schools uncle that has a workshop that might do it for me but I dunno.. will see what he quotes if he wants to do it.. He may not also do the flare..
