    I blew my head gasket and I'm replacing it soon and I need to no the torque setting like what nm of torque and how much degrees turning and all the shit to get it right cheers

    he means the head bolts..... it's only a 4ac callum just do it till it feels tight haha

    If you buy a head gasket it should have the torque settings on a sticker on the plastic it's wrapped in

    It takes 3 stages to tighten a 4ac head the 1st is 20nm the 2nd is 44nm and the third is 65nm and make you tighten the bolts tn the correct sequance.

    what I ment to say was make sure you tighten the bolts in the right sequance.
