    THANK YOU

    I was looking in a oil filter caterlog and it listed 4ac and 4ag filters as diffrent models, they did how ever list ae71 wagon and 4ag ones the same.

    I think I will go the aftermarket option so I can have the return line back to the filter, save taking the sump off. it can also be unbolted and removed easly if need be.

    any one recomend places to get them cheap..? just jap etc?

    Yeah, Z158 and Z386. Same Thread, Same Gasket Diameters, Different sized bodies. They're interchangeable

    I changed the oil filter last night, seems that I actually had a 4age filter on it so I know now first hand that 4age/4ac filters are asicly the same exept for as you said the 4ac one has a slightly larger body.
