g series hub

i just bought a g series diff and just wanna see what hub conversions are available for it so i can change the stud pattern to 4x114.3? has anyone done these conversions or does everyone just deal with a mismatched stud pattern? yes i know that there are more wheels available for the 5 stud but the wheels i want are only in 4.
