I just had my 20v cover powder coated in a high metallic dark grey pearl by a special coatings powder coater in melbourne. I have had him do work for me before and it's amazing how good the stuff looks after he works his magic. I'll send you a pic if you like? Cost me $80 and he degreased it, masks, coates and then puts a clear coat on it.
