    Thumbs up

This is non car question, but i thought someone might know
Would Motor Bike still kick over even if the battery is fully dead or completely fucked ? My Bike just died on me while riding on way home, just lost all power and shutdown on me.
I tried kicking it over but no go, i usually have to do this since battery is usually hasn't got enough for electric start
Could it be spark plug ??

To be more specific: "I tried kicking it over but no go" - so its not siezed? you are able to physically move the piston(s), yes? I had my alternator die on my bike, and I could jump start it from a car battery, but when the battery was completely flat, there was no way you could push start it, so I would say that if the battery is completely flat, you wouldn't be able to generate enough energy (by kicking) within the electrical system to get it to fire. Having said that, it probably depends a bit on the bike, and what the underlying problem may be. Also I had a loner bike once that did that and it was a tiny hole in one of the tank fuel lines that was causing an air leak which stopped it, so don't rule out fuel either (fuel + spark + compression = go, you have to be missing at least one).First thing I'd do is pull the spark plug(s) and kick it over, you'll soon know if you've got compression.
