license suspension

my mate wrote off his dads jazz and the cops showed up and threatened him with a licence suspension. how long does it usually take them to send there shit out to say that your actually suspended... were in qld by the way :2thumbs:

did they give him an infrindgement notice on the spot?

yeah im pretty sure if they were going 2 do something they wouldve done it there and then... like even given an infringment...

i went to court 13 months after my accident and i got given the summons to court 4 days before trial.

Took them 4 or 5 months to send me the paper work.

not sure if they gave him a infringement notice ill ask him, and yea he was double the posted limit, 120 in a 60 but they couldnt prove it because they didnt see it. the cops seemed pretty nice about it but yea he just dosent want to loose it before the september cruise lol thanx for all the help guys
