hey all i just bought another ae71 cheap as chips, because the engine wasn't running, i have had a fiddle round with a few things and noticed the cam wasn't turning even tho the pulleys where, the crank end of the timing belt was just spinning and wearing the timing belt down, i have taken the belt off and taken the plugs out and cant even turn the cam by hand or with leverage, wondering if this is a common problem and how it can be fixed, i have a new motor i can put in but don't want to if i don't have to!
