    Question

Hey there, I thought it would be time I should put up some pics of my sprinter i recently aquired! Happy with the condition I got it in compared to some I have seen, i think its a awsome base for what I plan to do, want to take my time and do it right. Currently dons a 4ac (non-smoke spec) pretty healthy only done 115,000. Everything else is schmick, i have spotted a rust dot....too small to classify as a spot lol. Interior is unbelievable looks new. Body still has some plastic sticker coatings on it, (you can see one next to the rear wheel). Only bad thing is that I live in Geelong and I currently know 1 person owns a 86 and a handful that actually know what it is. Would be good to catch up with some other owners asap!! Enough said here is some pics, need to get some day ones.

    Future Plans:
    - Currently saving for Gze or 20v conversion, still unsure though i need some peoples opinions to persuade me!!!!!
    - Some fully hectik 20 inch rims (sex spec) , nah keep it nice and clean waiting for some 16/15's to pop up with some nice dish,
or maybe get some uras ns-01 rims, i rekon they would go alright
    - Suspension set up ofcourse
    - G series rear, maybe chuck a w58 in there somewhere
-maybe kit it, but might pig it for a bit

would be good to get some ideas flying around, keen to listen.
    Thanks guys hope you enjoy!!!

Update: Myth 4ac's enjoy and can hit redline and nothing breaks??

Welcome to AE86DC Hayden. That's one really clean sprinter there but if you don't mind me asking, how much did u pay for it?

As everyone else will tell you, buy all your suspension gear first, then buy some better tyres as you can still have fun a 4AC'd sprinter if it's rock solid. Plus you won't kill yourself with body roll packed suspension if you went for an engine upgrade.(trust me, it's not good when you feel like you're floating at 110kph)

Wow, I'm impressed mate, nice buy. That thing looks like its only had one owner before you, who only used it to drive to church on Sundays...

That's an awesome base to build a great car with. Good luck with it, hope to see more soon

Update boys: I a couple of days ago I got a killer deal from overseas for a whole JDM engine setup. It is a halfcut from a levin with only 60000 on it so its pretty fresh!!! Comes with:

    -JDM Bigport Engine
-JDM rear axles with disc brakes and all cables
-t50 gearbox with trd short shifter
    -JDM tailshaft
-Kouki black dash with kouki cluster
    -JDM fuel tank, power steering
-All Fuel lines, ECU loom etc.

these are some pics from the importer:

Should have it in around 3 weeks, now just trying to find a reasonable person it install it!!!

Nice clean car! What do you plan on using it for? Any track work or just street? Youll want some suspension to go with that engine setup. Dont get 16's! 15's are fine. I'm in melb and i'd be happy to lend a hand with the installation for nothing. It's pretty straighforward being a jdm setup, no point paying a ridiculous ammount for it.
