as far as i know, NOS is illegal on the street, and if im correct you'll have your anus fisted by the cops if your caught. im not joking.
wont be on an 86 and wont be for sliding lol but,
in process of pricing build up of a 4age 20v or a 16v, and wondering how much Nos u can generally run in them , i dont expect it to be alot.
not interested reasons why its not kool either lol keep them thoughts to ur self, im planning a ta22 with 4age etc set up for hills and to look tuff, thus why i wanting a 20v 4age for the tuffness and NA rev factor, and i think nos would be good just for thsat little blip at the lights when some SR wants to roll ya lol ,
sorry if im not driftolol
thanks ppls

200hp shot
RT142 Estate.
AJPS.
Toshiki Yoshioka runs NOS in his D1gp car, it's fuckin awesome. I believe it is a 70hp shot.
Was intending to do this to mine but CAMS doesn't allow it at all on the track![]()
cams FTL
not
gessing he has strengthend internals though? im talking stock 20v, i ges its a really good guide though, 50Hp shop may be realistic.
yes nos is illegal, but so are any mods without it being engineered technically, this isnt a daily so im not fussed and i wont flaunt havin it
yoshioka is making 300 hp at the wheels , without a doubt it has forged internals , i would start with the smallest nozzle and then just get larger nozzles if u need more nos , u might get away with it on the street if u paint all the fittings and hide the bottle
with normal cops u can get away with almost anything if its descreet, u will have troubles with the more knowledgable guys and regency will murder u
In 2005, D1gp Autopolis Yoshioka won with a stock 4AGE with NOS, that was making 200hp which was pretty cool.
It's awesome, foggers feeding into the quad throttles![]()
yes NOS is illegal on the street but theres a way to get around it.
NOS is laughing gas, and this can be used for medical purposes. these bottles must be transported somehow. SO if you want to run NOS in your car and avoid fines/defects all you gotta do is disconnect the bottle from your car when not in use. this legally makes it so youre transporting a legal tank of medical use gas. the trouble about it is you have to hook it up when you do wanna use it. i suggest a quick release and somewhere in the car in reach of where you sit so you can attach and disattach it quickly...... not that ive done or have any idea of who has a setup like this.......
edit:- if you think you need a permit for a laughing gas tank you dont because it isnt volatile or toxic
if you must go for a 4a engine with nos
stay away from a stock 20v
they rev so hard as the internals have been lightened closer to the point of failure
the 16v will most likley give you more of a margin
consider using the gze factory forged and ceremic coated pistons as a minimum as the effects on engines using nos are similar to forced induction (read: turbo/supercharged)
