i just bought a ke70 with a gze in it but it runs s series diff and adm t50 with im assuming standard clutch(although it felt heavy duty?) anyway it was all sweet till i decided to give it some stick when i was nearly home and i think she just slipped heaps as the revs went up really fast to nearly 6k but there was no accelleration untill 5 seconds later when the slipping finally stopped? and its just getting proggressively worse so now when i drive i have to change gears before the super charger is on any reasonable boost or it'l just slip. has anyone else had these same symptoms? would it be just the clutch or pressure plate or what? cuz im just thinkin about getting that 3 puk brass button clutch from banzai but i dont wanna get it and still have the same prob.(and obviously im gettin a t series diff so i wont break it after one clutch kick. i'l prob take the clutch out during the week to see whats goin on but was just after some advice?
    cheers johl.

You've glazed/burnt the clutch plate. It will never be the same again. Mine is just a heavy duty exedy, glazed that, as soon as it heats a tiny little bit it will slip. Major let down when you wanna get moving. I've learnt my gears and revs where it wont slip, so I just use them in the areas I need

    You need a new plate.

When you take the clutch out just inspect the pressure plate to see if it is in good condition, check for wear marks on the teeth of it. Deep wear marks mean you need a new item

If you are changing to a different plate, i would sugges that you get a matching pressure plate, ie a clutch kit, just to make sure that the plate and the clutch suit each other.

it can be new but if its been over heated it will as said above glazy and loose the bite from it.

if you going to be doing some seriosu driving/drifting you should get a better clutch than standard anyway.

when i was at the track i lost almost all clutch peddel i asumed it was because it had overheated, i let it cool and it was ok. i thik your problem is slightly diffrent.

just remember if your driving it on the street dont go over board with the clutch. get one with a spring centre your you will have problems.

thanks guys. im half way through pulling my gearbox out to have a look at my clutch. but iv done some research and found that the pressure plate on the 4age clutch assembly isnt strong enough to handle the extra torque of the gze thus slipping alot. so i was thinking when i pull it out and take it to a clutch specialist to get them to modify the pressure plate to cope with more power? thats what i have gathered from my research but i'v never had to modify my clutch before so im a bit of a noob when it comes to this area.
