    Most short stroke shocks that people fit to a cutdown AE86 strut/coilover are either a Camry, sw20 mr2, or AE92 inserts.

    Standard AE86 front shock bodies are about 380mm long, and these are 340mm in the body, hence they don't carry an AE86 part number.

    ????? ask toyota trd why?
    they are for AE86 struts, and thats what they came out of.
