dude, yahoo actions is in japanese because its a japanese site.... no english versions of it only translations
use firefox to browse yahoo, not internet explorer.....
firefox has a translate button on the tool bar and it works well. i use it all the time with no drama, but then again i can speak and read a bit of jap so that helps
