7kg springs, 50mm down (looks to be ~215mm free height). I had a set of these made up a few years back. They've worked well since.
As can be seen in the photos below given the rate and height they are not captive (photos are with Tokico HTS102 shocks). Somewhat dodgy, however hasn't caused any problems.
