making strut braces and welding diffs who needs it

im going to start making front and rear strut braces and also welding diffs so i was thinking of about $80 for front strut brace $60 for rear one and $80 for pull out weld and put back and $30 for already out weld so post up if your keen or if you think the prices are to hefty also can make tail pipes as iv got shit loads of 2 1/2" pipe that i can weld into any shape and 4"pipe that i can weld also so yeh



i will put pics up of the diff mounts s to f series and locking of a f and a s series diff that im doing for hara_kiri to show u my welding skills and also get some pics up of the metal ill use to make the strut braces and pipe ill use to make the tips and ill probley make one to give you some idea

the metal ill be using on the strut braces for the rear mounts 40mm by 5mm im not sure on the pipe as i want to get got streagth but in saying that not to heavy so any idears on what size post it up

also pics of the welder i have and pics of part of the tri bar front strut brace im making

now i have pics of the under diff pipe i made for my car its like a cat back on a 4ac but really i can make it for 4ages as well tell me what you want and ill give you a rough price????

He is in Alstonville, bout 40 minutes south of Byron Bay.

Will be getting a CIG locker soon, will confirm with pics that Kali_man_tan can do a pretty serious weld.

ask timmay and brendan as well timmays diff has been welded as of yesterday i can also lead lock diffs but only banjo type ones and really only s series as of the small holes as t series are to open

the price of the tail pipe is not really a single price send me dimentions of what you want to(kali_man_tan@hotmail.com) and ill see how i go but i can say they wont be very expencive i can also weld flages on the tip and give you a flage to put on your pipe to as i have lots of flages for 2 1/2" pipe

I would be interested in the 2 rear bits of a tri bar front strut kit to bolt on to the cusco I already have if you consider it....might be a lot of others too especially if you do the firewall mount...?

And interested is a rear one...

i can really do what ever ay and ill test fit it on to my sprinter or if you can send me exact dimetions that would be cool to but the more complecated the more its going to cost but it wont be overly price
