can i just ask how is the drivers seat mounted? i have a velo and want to mount it closer to the floor, this one looks heaps low

sorry man forgot to mention the velo is not in the car i didnt even get it when i bought it as it was brand new and the old owner kept it.it still has a fixed back bucket seat but needs retrimming.
