Origin kit,drop vent bonnet, flares, Tighe 300,290deg cams

can you tell me why the lift on the exhaust cam is less? or is that a typo? or do tighe think that works better or something?

EDIT- i am asking because i am genuinely interested in buying, but that seems odd.
