Pin FC goes to a Fuel Circuit Openeing Relay. With the other input to the FCOR being the start signal. Then you've got the power, earth and output to pump.
well just finished the wiring on my nugget, went to crank starter trig disconnected, and got no primary pump, would like to know if anyone has any idea, whether its simalar to soarers, where FC is a signal output for a seperate unit. or whetheri've hooked it up wrong or missed somethin.(more likely)
need to know asap.

ok fc goes to neg and starter sig goes to trigger, spliced in so its on during reds or control it via the starter signal only?
I HATE WIRING. have power to injectors not the coil? by passed, it coil is now supplied with power via a relay. 12v and no spark at coil. I am over it lol.
so what have i done?
4ac to 20v
fitted efi relay (switches on comp)
constant fused 12v to B+
fitted fcop relay(triggered by fc pinout, didn't work, now positively switched via efi relay.)
fitted ignition/inj relay
starter signal to cranking power(start trig)
what is wrong with that?
Have absolutely no fire, haven't checked for inj pulse haven't got an led testlight or diode thingo, but plugs are wet so inj must work.
possibly the ignitor, anyone have checks for it?
any ideas guys will be greatly appreciated.
What car? Are you using standard ecu and standard distributor or some other non-conventional system for spark.
The fcor isn't a normal relay, it's got 2 triggers, one being a positive trigger(STA) and one negative(FC). If you want it the fuel pump to work like standard without an FCOR, you need 2 relays. I'll explain how if you want me to but as long as the pump works for diagnostics purposes, leave it so it works off ON.
so you have 12v at injectors, and 12v at coil + terminal? yet no spark. The toyota manual has no way of checking ignitor, it just says 'try another ingitor'. Check resistance of coil as well. I think it should be 0.41-0.5 for primary(between + and -) and 10.2-13.8k for secondary(between + and high tension).
its in an 86, yeah its all standard bt 20v equipment.
i know the cicuit opening relay is a different kind thats why i have my primary(pressure) pump running of a relay, i was told if i set it up as a negatively switched relay triggered from the fc pin, with pin STA to power when cranking only.
as for the spark, i have relay switched power the common wire for the inj and ign, found in that big white plug(the one with the 12mm white power wire in the middle) its black with a white stripe. went to crank and recieved no spark checked coil resistance, which was in spec. checked power to coil and was showing less than 1volt at reds, so i set up a relay for it to temporarily bypass that issue.
I'm going to check if there is a trigger when cranking as i couldn't due to a dead battery. as for the ignitor i have power to it as well as ground, if i have no trigger on the coil i'll replace it.
if you can think of any reason why this wouldn't work let me know
