traction rods

[24 yr old Two door 86]

hey guys

was wondering if any ke owners could tell me the stock length of upper and lower traction rods and stock length of panhard rod
got heaps of parts but can't identify what is what

500 lower, 250 upper and my adj pan hard rod is 800
