Doubtful you'd need to change anything, but keep in mind a W40 is a 4spd and the W50 is 5 Spd.

If I wanted to swap a W40 box with a W50 would it be a straight swap or would there be stuff that needed changing?

You can have any brew you want... as long as it's a Datsun / Corolla / What is that?
Its for a celica. The 4 speed is the downside of it is if I got it I wouldn't want some big tough job just to swap it a 5 speed.
