    iv got 115kw and 400Nm with microtech fmic coil packs exhaust all the rest is stock. You might want to try someone that tunes ze's regularly

    1- Torque readings from dynos are wrong. Unless you enter ALL the relevant things (diff ratio, gear ratio, tyre size etc). You get a far better idea assuming 100Nm per litre. And adjust for the boost pressure. Therefore stock 8psi on a 1.6 litre will give around 260Nm.

    2 - I doubt 115rwkw at stock boost with stock cams. Yes the dyno readout may say that, but what it makes in reality may be a different matter. Out of interest, at what revs are peak power and peak torque, and what do the AFRs look like through the revs?

    me? I think, don't ahve the print out on hand but peak power is at around the 6000rpm mark (heard they can supposedly rev to 8500 but mine won't i think) and peak torque is at 3400 from memory, and af raitos arent on the print out

    my sc is at full boost around 3000-3500. ill post up a pic of my dyno sheets if i can find them

    I've got one of the pulley kits from the states. Price was really good compared to even 2nd hand NEVO, the idler pulley needs washers under it to space it out. I was running 8psi, then with pulley (180mm) got around 13.5psi. Made 110rwkw with fmic, extractors/2.5" system, pod, autronic. The only downside with the NST kit that I found is it took 3-4months from when I paid til when I got it. I'm changing to turbo atm so PM if ur interested in NST kit.

    Just wondering whats need to be modified on the big port intact?

    Any write up for this type of set up?

    I can get you some pics of the brackets I made up to move the charger, atm its all pulled apart.

    i have a stock 4agze. bigport. with zorst.. FMC.... and a microtech.. i get about 100RKW +/-

    anymore than that is not going to happen unless i whack on a turbo or put on a nevo kit...

    however the nevo kit will work to a certian extent giving you about an extra 15KW.. the problem with an sc12 / sc14 is that they get really realy hot unler load so no matter what intercooler you have its not going to make the world of difference.
