thanks to everyone who has replied,
i have replaced the water pump, the thermostat, sealed up that crap pipe from the temp sensor housing to the back of the waterpump, and replaced teh radiator cap
NO MORE OVERHEATING!!!11!!21! :greenbounce:
my personal thory is a combination of a sticky thermostat (even though it was 2 months old) and radiator cap,
but cheers to all the replies, problem fixed,
