    Cheap, decent grab, can be slipped so its easy to drive on street, lasts ages behind NA 4ages

    Something basic like what people have mentioned. U wont need a heap of bite, all you'll do is wreck your gearbox and get basically no benefits behind a 4A. I'd reccomend Exedy (cant remember which type), its what I use behind my 4agze, it's lasted ages, and I've had no problems with it.

    As delazy said cusco super single complete with light weight flywheel, i can supply at very competitive prices, and after talking to the cusco rally manager today, im sold on one, very nice piece of gear

    For street and some track use behind 4AGE's (and 4AC's lol) the Exedy HD organic does really well, plenty of slip, good feel and takeup, and can cop an absolute bashing on the track and still work perfectly.

    And +1 for the light flywheel if you need acceleration, those things make a huge difference in standing start and rolling acceleration times/rates. So I guess for track work, thats a +1 all around
