I thought you said you didn`t want anything fancy, and it`s true "you get what you pay for".![]()
hey guys,
i have been talking to a few "performance shops" and the like to get a custom (read: bigger, nothing fancy) plenum made.
alot of alloy fabricators dont have a clue
"performance workshops" want $1000+, i'm not paying that much (dont bother lecturing me on 'pay for what you get' etc)
PWR and a couple of others (~$500) are booked out for months
something like the above would be awesome. minus a couple of cylinders of course
anyone have any knowledge/good hookups with what i'm after?
i'm a brissy kid, so places in the general area would be best.

use a surge tank

and i know you pay for what you get, but $1000 is far too much for $100 materials and a day of labour..
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (gunbz-r @ Dec 11 2007, 10:03 PM) </div>no sorry. there has to be an angled cut off on the last cylinder/two cylinders. i wont start an argument in this thread as to why.
so ... bring on the companies that can help!![]()
not startin an argument, but a surge tank give the basic shape and u can modify from there, but good luck findin one for under 500, dont know any shops worth trustin that will do it any cheaper, time for some backyarderness
