fucked fuel reg is my bet
SO I GOT A 4AG WITH TURBZ ON. THIS IS NOT MY GREEN DRIFT CAR THIS IS MY STREETER.
I PUT THE MICROTECH ON AND IT wouldn't START USING ZE INJECTORS. ALSO, CHECKED PLUGS..... FOWLED. DISCONNECT FUEL PUMP RELAY RUNS PERFECT THEN RUNS OUT OF FUEL.
I HAVE ADJUSTED FUEL ON ECU, CHANGED FUEL RAIL, INJECTORS and RETURN LINE. THE CAR WILL START AND RUN WITH FARK ALL FUEL ADJUSTED IN BUT RUNS RICH AS FARK. IF YOU TAKE MORE FUEL OUT IT WILL RUN LEAN AND STALL.
i HAVE PUT MY OTHER MICROTECH SETUP WHICH IS TUNED AND HAS RUN THIS ENGINE PREVIOUSLY AND IT WILL NOT EVEN START THE ENGINE JUST FIRES THATS ALL. IM LEANING TOWARDS TOO MUCH FUEL PRESSURE.
VL PUMP STRAIGHT OUT OF TANK 5/16 LINE TO THE RAIL then 1/4 RETURN TO THE TANK I HAVE THIS EXACT SETUP RUNNING MY DRIFT CAR.

put a clamp on the feed line so that only a limited amount of fuel can get to the engine.
then see if it all runs good with the limited fuel pressure. if it is all good, then remove the clamp. if it dies then its too much fuel pressure.
but, the pressure reg should be taking care of this.....
I agree it sounds like too much fuel pressure.
Try running your return line straight off the pressure reg and into a bucket (carefully). That'll eliminate blocked return.
Could the injectors be rooted and stuck open? Had them cleaned recently?

checked fuel pressure is fine tried different injectors already gonna try and tune it?
check your injector wiring,if its wired up for batch fire & the ecu is setup for sequential it will be rich as.
even if if its batch it may be firing all 4 twice instead of 2-2 if you have a wiring issue.
