No the panel vans run the exact same version of the T-50 as the ADM sprinters / AE71's.
However they MAY use 1 piece tailshafts. one particular one i did the gearbox on had a 1 piece, however i'm not sure if it was a custom jobbie or not.

Nope not custom, my dads has a one piece tailshaft too
only difference between JDM and ADM internally is the speedo drive to suit different diff gears (ADM 3.9 JDM 4.3)
