Ok i have been working at a resteraunt part time as a kitchen hand, my boss is a champ and i really like working there and its about 2min from my house.

The boss offered me an apprenticeship with double apprentice wages, finish at 9:30-10 everynight so that i can go to partys n shit like that and he is extremely flexible with time off and things like that as long as i give him notice.

so should i take it or not? the only thing i dont like is working all weekend.
    what would you guys do?

Mate, from what I hear about the chefing game, I'd grab it with both hands.

Having time off during the day during the week would be pretty handy.

Sounds like your boss respects you, and this is one of the hardest things to achieve.

Take the offer, I have worked in the hospitality industy before and if he is as flexible as you say with your hours and he is offering you good money you would be silly not to take it, that is a good offer you have been given and at the end of the four years you have a trade cert. that you can take any where in the world and get work.

Current Vote status is 13-Y to 0-N. Think about it.

I think you have your answer.
