<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (Tyrie @ Jan 12 2008, 11:34 AM) </div>That would be awesome if you could do that

Is there a wiring diagram somewhere that says which of those wires is which in the standard toyota alternator plug?

Maxhag I'll take you up on that offer next week sometime.

The one way valve should go like this.

Block off the one that goes to the inlet manifold. The "cam cover" breather should go before the turbo inlet. After the filter. You can use a catch can if you wish.

defenatly use a catch can you dont want your motor to suck oil through the intake on boost

and yes you use a tee peace for the water cool lines to your turbo doesnt mater witch way they go (oil lines do mater)

turbo waterline t piece off heater hose before the tap, other line from engie coolant drain plug in block next to oil press sender,
oil line in t piece off oil press sender and inlet line to turbo, out weld pipe in sump or get an ae82 corolla with an oil cooler return line in it.

you have to let the rocker covers vent all the time so catch can!
block all the pipes on the jdm manifold that you arnet using!!

not sure about the sensor plugs just get a microtech!!!

    Lol, try 120y

Dude, my cars at scotts joint if you wanna check it out.
On boosted application the breather should go to the non-pressurised part of the intake.
I'll try and find the diagram for the toyota alternator, its on the toymods site. One has to be connected to the B+ to work...

cheers Toysprinta I went and had a look at your car last week All it did was left me wanting all your engine bay goodies

OK so I have the engine running to some extent, it idles roughly with no dump pipe, alternator etc. (video of it running in my Members Rides thread).

    Another question...

I just got a new RWD top alternator bracket from Toyota Japan, which will bolt to my one-piece bottom bracket. The problem is on my Toyota alternator, the bit on the bottom that the rod/bolt goes through is longer than the bit on the bracket that it bolts to... I was thinking I can just measure where I want the pulley to sit and chop the alternator down til it fits... good idea or not?

hey man I just replied to your thread but I only connected the bare essentials (autronic needs water temp, inlet air temp etc) plus throttle position sensor, injectors and coils. The only vacuum lines I used were MAP, BOV, fuel reg, boost gauge, brake booster. The rest I blocked off. I'm not running any emission control of any kind. I think ideally I would want to tap a new hole in the inlet for the MAP line, as the 3line plug seems a bit dodgy.
