it's from the series of segments affectionately called "Midnght madness", "Midnight maurauders", or similar. Orido, Akira Iida and another former GT driver (Juichi ocassionally cameo'd) would critique other 86s around among other things, and alot of the series involved the now famed "Akiras work box" which was following the build of Akira's 86 over time.
