Is it possible to remove the heater unit from under the dash of a KE70 without pulling most of the dash apart.??

I need to get it out to modify my tunnel and really don't want to pull out more stuff than I have too..

I'm in the process of replacing mine for a mod plate and ive found that it is impossible to get to without stripping out the entire dash

    Awsome.

I get to waste more time on my project achieving zilch..
Guess as an up side it'll be easier to do a cage with it out.

i removed mine in about 15 minutes without touching the dash.

EDIT: although my back is now shaped like a trans tunnel.

theres two bolts at the top you will need an extension deep socket and a uni to get to. otherwise it will rattle around all day and not get you anywhere,
