    so i have s13 fron coilovers in my car, no name jap ones unknown spring rate stiff tho, basicly i want to no if the springs are to stiff will this act like bump steer, has anyone else with s13 gear had this problem, and are there any ways of fixing it

    So you don't know how stiff the springs are, and we have to tell you if the're too stiff? It depends if the shocks are stuffed.

    There will be some bump steer. The band-aid for this is to use relatively stiff springs, but very good shocks adjusted to suit.

    yeh I'm sorry bout the explanation i understand that not knowing how stiff my springs are poses a problem basicly i was asking what causes bump steer and how do i stop it

    i think i've decided to go back to ae86 stuff anyway
