i wouldn't send heaps of viruses to the IP address you traced.
if he is smart enough to hack into your ebay and hotmail, he would be using at leased 1 proxy server or someone elses computer to launch his attacks from. the IP you traced is probably another poor guy that he hacked before.
sorry to hear man, these things are quite rare and if it happens more than once its probably someone that knows you.

It's pretty rare for something like this to happen out of no-where, so you've either pissed someone off (On the net, probably) or you just got REALLY unlucky.

If the password / username is the same for you hotmail account, they have access to your email.
If it's the same for your ebay account, they have access.
Happens more than you'd think.
You just gotta be aware.
