so i tried to login to email a few days ago.
no good, password no good. after a day or two of head scratching, discovered that i'd been hacked. my laptop is FUCKED. needs a new hard drive, its completly toast.
so, after a week i get my hotmail back, after filling out thousands of online forms and security questions.
login to my inbox. there are 40 messages from EBAY customers saying "ill accept your offer to buy" and "yeah i think we have a deal"

the prick has hacked my ebay account and bought all these phones and random shit.
now there are emails from the sellers saying, yoyu havent paid....ra ra ra
I'm stressing out.
i have their IP adress, i looked it up, they are from some back water hick town in the USA somewhere.
I'm thinking bout getting a mate who is an IT genuis to send a ton of viruses back to the IP

This happened to me a long time ago with one of my old accounts. I ended up making another :lol: probs not an option for you...
With the password reset thing they usually have an amount of times you can try within a 24hour period like other email accounts so I'd just suggest leaving it over night and trying to reset your password again in the morning.
i suspect this so called 'friend' may be playing a nasty practical joke?
other than that does your friends computer have good antivirus/spyware shit on it?

Contact EBAY about the shit that's gone down, they will clear your name.
